North Central HS Teacher Provides Rigorous Learning
North Central AP Statistics teacher, Mr. Leo Hodes had a 93% pass rate for his AP Stats students last school year! To compare with how that stacks up, the state rate last year was 63% and the global rate was 60%. In our more immediate area, several high schools north of Indianapolis had 91%, 89%, and 91% pass rates. This is a great accomplishment for Washington Township and North Central High School, but most importantly for each student who is in his classroom. Mr. Hodes provides numerous help hours before and after school and creates a rigorous learning environment for his students every day.

Middle Schools - Middle school students have completed the Diagnostic Assessment using Exact Path in both ELA and Math. The diagnostic assessment serves to provide present levels of performance for our students on the Indiana Standards. Using this data, teachers can provide individualized learning plans to meet students needs as well as accelerate their learning. If you have additional questions, please contact your schools’ principal.
Information will be coming home soon regarding student login credentials for those wishing to work on their individualized learning path at home as well.
Good luck to our middle school fall athletes participating in Boys and Girls Soccer, Volleyball, Cross Country Teams, and Football.
